Transferring child to new classroom in LAP


As an Administrator How do I Transfer a child to another classroom?

  1.  Switch to Admin
  2. Go to the Site.  Click on the (plus) next to the site Name.

  3. Then go to classroom level. Click on plus (plus)
  4. Click on the name of the Classroom.
     
  5. Go to the top of the screen and click on the Manage tab, then click on Manage Children.
  6. Check the box next to the name of the child you want to transfer, then click on the Remove button.
  7.  The following screen will pop up. Click on the Yes button. This will remove the child and place him/her in the Archived folder.

  8. Now go to the Archived folder in the Organization Toggle Tree.

  9.  Click on the box next to the child's name you want to transfer, then click the Transfer button.
  10. Click on the plus (plus) next to the customer.

  11. Continue to click on the plus (plus) sign until you get to the classroom you want to move the child to. Then, Highlight the name of the classroom and click on the Transfer button.
