When does your subscription expire?

Subscriptions are annual and expire the same time every year.  You can find out the status of your subscription and license information by following these steps.

1. Login to onlinelap.net

1. Switch to Admin Side of the Program

1. Select top level of organization in the toggle tree.

1. Select Summary Tab

• If additional Archive licenses will be needed to save child records, contact  Kaplan at (336) 712-3475.

• If additional Child licenses will be needed for the new program/school year, contact Kaplan at (336) 712-3475.
