Progress Report
The Progress Report is a performance report that is a tool which can be used to share valuable information with family. The Progress Report can be run at the end of each checkpoint and pulls finalized assessment data. The report shows the teacher and family the last three highest achieved skills and the last three emerging skills. It reports on the Chronological Age at the time of the assessment and determines the Approximate Developmental Age of the child based on assessment scores for each individual domain.
The Progress Report also allows space for comments and signatures of teachers and parent or guardian after conferences.
Instructions To Run Progress Report
On the Teacher’s Side of the program, select the classroom the student is located.
Select REPORTS tab.
Select the hamburger menu in the upper left corner.
Select Child Reports.
Select Progress Report in the list of Child Reports
Select the Instrument (assessment type).
Select School Year.
Select Child.
Select the individual domains or “Select All”
Select Checkpoint
Update Report
