How do I delete an assessment?

If you have an invalid assessment or you have entered the wrong data for the child, you may have to delete the assessment.

Instructions

This is the assessment key:
If you see that an entire assessment or one domain has a red box, this indicates the assessment is invalid. This is most likely caused by changing the birthday and thus changing the Chronological Age of the child.
On the Progress Summary Screen, go to the child's record in question.
Select the "+" by the child's name so that you can see all assessment summaries.
The Invalid Domains will need to be deleted.
Select Delete Button at the top of the screen.
Select the entire assessment to delete by selecting the circle OR select only the domains that specifically need to be deleted.

9. Select CONFIRM DELETE.
