Enable Age Groups

Message: We are running the Head Start Outcome Report but it does not let us select a specific age, it only gives us all. Can this option be enabled?


Step-by-step guide

  1. Login as an Administrator
  2. On the Admin side, click on the top level organization (i.e.,Customer Name).
  3. Select "MANAGE"
  4. Click on "Application Lists"
  5. In the "Application Lists" drop down, select "Child Age Group".
  6. Default Display values are listed and can be modified.
  7. Select the box by the Display Value you want to modify (i.e. Young Infant)
  8. Select "Edit"
  9. Scroll down and modify the "Display Value" if need.
  10. Enter a "Start Value" and an "End Value" for the specific age group.  (The values are based on birth dates for children in this age group).  These values need to be changed every year.
  11. Select "Save"
  12. Continue to add or modify the values for your specific age groups.
  13. Only Display Values with a  "Start Value" and an "End Value" will show up in the drop down for "Age Groups" when running reports.
  14. Sequence refers to the order that the "Age Groups" will show up in the drop down when running reports.  Each "Age Group" should have an unique sequence number.
