How do I change a child's DOB?
Go to the teacher side of the platform. Button is located in the upper right corner of your screen:
Search for the classroom in the search field
Click on the Manage tab at the top of the screen
Click on the student's name
Change the DOB in the child's profile
Then Click Save
Please keep in mind if an assessment has already be started, you will have to delete the assessment prior to or after the DOB has been changed. You can find step-by-step instructions on how to delete an assessment in the Knowledge Base located under the Support & Resources tab.
