Progress Monitoring allows you to assess children and take notes on items for children between assessment checkpoints so that the next assessment will be easier and faster. Progress Monitoring also allows you to copy the date and notes to up to 10 children. This is especially useful if you are working with a group of children on the same skill.

Follow the steps below:

  1. From the Teacher Side of the application, navigate to the specific classroom.

  2. Click on the PROGRESS MONITORING tab.

3. Select student’s name from the classroom list.

4. Select ADD NEW button.

5. Enter the Date and Notes for the observations. (Notes are not required.)

6. Select the Instrument (Assessment Type)

7. Select the Domain for the specific item being assessed.

8. Click on the Available Items (items that have been missed or not assessed) to move the items to the Associated Items list. Up to ten items can be selected at one time.

9. Select SAVE to save achieved skills to an individual child’s assessment record OR select SAVE & COPY to save date and notes to additional children.
