Is it time to close your school year?

The closing of The closing of the old program/school year and school year and opening of a new program/school year is school year is a service that is provided to you without charge as a licensed user of LAP Online. EVERY agency needs to close the school year even if you are a year round school OR a clinical provider.

Prior to requesting the closure of your current program/school year you school year you should consider the following: 

• Leave all children/clients in the classroom/caseload they

  were

  are in at the end of the current program/

  school year.

• Run and save all child and classroom reports

We will not close your program/school year until school year until we hear from you.  .  NOT closing your program/school year creates problems with reports, historical data, and child information.

Closing of a program/school year takes program/school year takes approximately 1 hour, during that time no one from your program should be entering data. You do not need to wait until the day of closing to schedule your year-end closingof closing to schedule your year-end closing, we will put you on the calendar once we hear from you.

Before beginning the new program/school yearschool year, consider using our import service to import children into next year's classroomsnext year's classrooms/caseloads.
