How to view child’s assessment data in the Connect4Learning Online Portal.

How to view the classroom assessment overview:

The assessment page shows your classroom’s assessment overview. You can make it Unit Specific, and also subject area specific by filtering your option at the top.

You may choose more than 1 subject area. It is not child specific but instead shows totals of each milestone (independent, with help, with much help, not assessed) of your class.

Literacy Checklist: The first grouping, “Assess by Skill” pulls all assessments within the curriculum that corresponds to that skill.

You can also access the Vocabulary and Alphabet assessment information previously mentioned by clicking on a students profile.Access a child’s complete assessment—including domain-specific progress charts—for math, literacy, science, social emotional, vocabulary, and alphabet learning.

How to view a specific child’s assessment data:

1. From the Connect4Learning Online Portal homepage, select CHILD’S NAME or the ICON next to his/her name. (Do not select EDIT.)

Explore specific assessments, concept areas, and progress of all assessments for Math, Literacy, Science, and Social Emotional domains. You may also narrow down assessments by date or sort assessments by proficiency level. 

Vocabulary: An Alphabetical list of the vocabulary found within the curriculum and a place for teachers to log observations of child usage and understanding.

Alphabet: An Alphabetical list of the alphabet letters and sounds found in the curriculum and a place for teachers to log observations of the child’s understanding.
