Is it time to close your school year?
The closing of the old program/school year and opening of a new program/school year is a service that is provided to you without charge as a licensed user of LAP Online. EVERY agency needs to close the school year even if you are a year round school.

- Leave all children in the classroom they were in at the end of the current program/school year . (Children may be removed or transferred after the new program/school year is open.)
- Run and save all child and classroom reports you wish to maintain as a permanent record.
- Verify that all teachers, site administrators, program managers, etc have completed assessments and have ran their the necessary reports.
- Contact us to close your school year.
We will not close your program/school year until we hear from you. . NOT closing your school year creates problems with reports, historical data, and child information.
There are two methods for contacting us to schedule your year-end closing;
1) contact us by phone at (888) 386-3822 and selecting option 2 or808-2366
2) contact us via email by sending an email to Support@redesetgrowto lapsupport@kaplanco.com.
Either way you choose make sure you provide us with the following:
- Date to close the school year.?
- Do you want children archived or kept in the same classroom.?
- Who we should contact after if there are questions and the program/school year is complete.
- with a date you would like your program/school year closed.

Closing of a program/school year takes approximately 1 hour, during that time no one from your program should be entering data. You do not need to wait until the day of closing to schedule your year-end closing, we will put you on the calendar once we hear from you.

When does your subscription expire?
Subscriptions are annual and expire the same time every year. You can find out the status of your subscription and license information by following these steps.
1. Login to onlinelap.net
2. Switch to Admin Side of the Program
3. Select top level of organization in the toggle tree.
4. Select Summary Tab
